The Alloy Shed isn’t a factory. It’s a workshop where every tank, swirl pot, and reservoir is designed, welded, and finished by hand.
Each piece is built to last — shaped, folded, and TIG-welded with care.

The goal is simple: to make aluminium parts the right way. No shortcuts, no cheap fittings, no rushed welds — just solid craftsmanship and attention to detail from start to finish.

While the aesthetic finish matters, function always comes first. Each component is designed as part of a complete cooling or pressure system, where reliability under heat, pressure, and repeated thermal cycling is non-negotiable.

Working in small numbers means every part gets the time it deserves. Each tank is checked, cleaned, and finished before it leaves the bench — because that’s how good work should be done.
