This 1.5L aluminium header tank is a fully pressurised cooling system component designed for motorsport, track-day and high-performance road applications. Installed as the highest fill and bleed point within the coolant circuit, it manages thermal expansion, promotes air separation and maintains stable system pressure under sustained load.

This TIG welded aluminium header tank forms part of the primary cooling system. It is suitable for custom builds, kit cars and engine swap applications upgrading from plastic OEM coolant expansion tanks to a more durable aluminium solution.

Manufactured from aluminium the construction is engineered to withstand vibration, repeated heat cycles and high operating temperatures common in performance environments.

This version is supplied with a bulkhead mounting bracket as standard. A 4-point mounting bracket can be supplied instead upon request to suit different installation requirements.
